As the "Three-Year Doubling" Action Plan (2025-2027) progresses, charging infrastructure is rapidly expanding into rural areas and residential communities. Home charging has firmly established itself as the primary and most critical scenario for EV owners, signaling a major shift towards decentralized energy supply and a near 1:1 vehicle-to-pile matching ratio in the private sector.
